What are your standard delivery times?
Most in-stock furniture items are delivered within 7-14 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take between 4-8 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we offer 'White Glove Delivery' which includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly of your furniture, and removal of all packaging materials for a flat fee.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and custom-made items are non-returnable.
Do you provide financing options?
Mega Furniture partners with several providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can select your preferred financing option at the checkout page.
How can I track my furniture shipment?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For large items, our delivery partner will call you 24-48 hours in advance to schedule a specific delivery window.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All our furniture comes with a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental stains and damages.
